At the Alliance Family Health Center, Inc., we believe every person should have access to quality, affordable, health care.

We are practice of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, Medical Assistants, referral and financial eligibility specialists who are ready to serve YOU!

We offer extended hours to fit your schedule, same day and next day appointments, and walk-ins.

The Alliance Family Health Center, Inc. is a non-profit health center dedicated to quality, patient-centered care with access to primary care services on location and throughout the Alliance community.

History

August 2016: a new endeavor was announced which transformed Alliance Obstetrics, Inc. into the Alliance Family Health Center, Inc. New and returning patients of Alliance Obstetrics, Inc. can expect the same quality women’s health (OB/GYN) services the community has received, with added benefits of access to other integrated community services aimed to meet the needs of the area population.

October 1, 2016: Alliance Family Health Center, Inc. began serving residents of Stark and Mahoning counties as a women’s health center.

August 21, 2017: Alliance Family Health Center, Inc. (Women’s Health) moved to a new location at 1401 S. Arch Avenue and opened with expanded hours and services. The former Alliance Community Hospital affiliated Alliance After Hours Care office joined the Alliance Family Health Center at the new location and opened with Family Practice, Walk-in Primary Care, and Women’s Health Services.

June 1, 2018: AFHC announces new hours for Family Practice and Walk-in Primary Care services with morning and evening appointments available on weekdays.

In 2022, Behavioral Health was implemented as a new line of service, followed by the addition of a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in January of 2024, serving all patients age 5 and up!
